The processing of personnel's personal data and personal data transferred from identity providers while logging in is processed within the framework of public interest and the exercise of authority as this takes place by staff assigned rights within the framework of their employment within the authority.

Rectification of personal data that was transferred at the moment of login has to be done in the identity provider that you used to log in. This information is corrected in the service at the moment of the first login after the personal information has been corrected in the identity provider.
The personal data controller is Karlstad University. According to EU GDPR legislation you have the right to (free of charge) find out what details we keep about you and, if necessary, get any errors corrected. You can also request that your information be deleted or restricted.
